The layout of the software allows the user to begin immediately with easy to follow claim entry, search and edit processes with the additional functions accessed intuitively as the user progresses.

In addition your data management systems will all be handled using a centralised system that can be accessed from any broadband connection world wide. | Q How many people can use it? |
| Claims Companion can be licensed to an unlimited* number of users across an unlimited* number of branches should it be necessary. Each user can be granted full system administrator privileges should they require access to invoicing and report functions or limited to data management and case tracking functions for administrative staff. How you want these licenses to be designed will be down to the company and can be as flexible as required for no additional cost.

| Q How much does it cost? |
| The costs will be based upon the number of users required and length of period over which you would like to commit. We believe that it will very quickly become integral to the day to day running of your business and have consequently structured payment options as flexibly as possible ranging from 1 to 12 month contracts. As an example an average client purchasing three user licenses over a 12 month period would expect to pay a one off £50 set-up fee per user and then monthly subscription costs of £30 per user per month. Exclusive of VAT, this would cost £1230 for the first year and then £1080 per year after that.
